This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) regulates the relationship between the administration of the diecast.com.ua website and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter - the User) using the website resources.

We invest significant time in model preparation, macro photography, and professional retouching to ensure the highest image quality, free of dust particles and with accurate color reproduction.
    • Intellectual Property: Text descriptions, factory color names, catalog data, and the website's database structure are the result of the intellectual work of the diecast.com.ua team.
    • Prohibition of Copying: Any use of the website's materials for commercial purposes by third parties without written consent from the administration is prohibited. Upon detection of automated data collection (parsing) or theft of photographs, we reserve the right to initiate the blocking of such resources via DMCA and to seek legal action.

2. Use of the Website and Registration
    • The User undertakes to provide accurate information when placing an order.
    • The Administration is not responsible for the security of the User's credentials if they voluntarily transferred them to third parties.
    • It is forbidden to perform any actions aimed at disrupting the stable operation of the website's servers or software code.

3. Information Accuracy
    • We make every effort to ensure that the description of each model (scale, material, release year) is flawless. However, in case of a technical error in price or characteristics, we reserve the right to clarify the details with the buyer before the goods are shipped.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Final Provisions
    • The Administration has the right to change these Terms unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
