However, the company's management, headed by Ugo Stella, decides to produce cars of its own design. In 1910 the company A.L.F.A appeared. After 5 years, there is a change in leadership. From this moment the position of the director is occupied by Nicola Romeo, whose surname formed the second part of the company name. In 1986, FIAT and Alfa Romeo merged. Now the brand belongs to the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group. To date, Alfa Romeo cars are considered prestigious and exquisite all over the world.
