Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at diecast.com.ua. If for any reason the model is not right for you, you can return it according to the conditions below.

1. Return Period
You have the right to return items of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, the item must meet the following criteria:
The model shows no signs of use or damage.
Complete set and original packaging (box, blister, fasteners) are preserved. For Diecast collectable models, the condition of the packaging is considered part of the product's value.
Items are returned in the same condition as they were sent to the buyer.

3. Return Procedure
Contact our manager to agree on the return details.
The manager will provide you with the shipping details (address and contact information of the recipient).
Securely pack the model to avoid damage during transportation.

4. Shipping Costs
If the item is not suitable for subjective reasons: shipping services and money transfer fees are paid by the buyer.
In case of a defect or flaw (not previously stated): all shipping costs are covered by our store.

5. Refunds
We issue refunds within 3 business days after receiving the parcel and inspecting the condition of the goods. Funds are returned to the buyer's bank card or according to the details agreed with the manager.
