1. Return Period
You have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The model shows no signs of use or damage.
- Complete set and original packaging (box, blister, fasteners) are preserved. For Diecast collectible models, the condition of the packaging is part of the product's value.
- Items are returned in the same condition as they were sent to the buyer.
3. Return Procedure
• Contact our manager to coordinate return details.
• The manager will provide you with the current shipping details (recipient's address and contact info).
• Securely pack the model to avoid damage during transit.
4. Shipping Costs
• If the product is not suitable (subjective reasons): shipping services and money transfer fees are paid by the buyer.
• In case of defect or fault (not previously stated): all shipping costs are covered by our store.
5. Refunds
We issue refunds within 3 working days after we receive the package and inspect the item's condition. Funds are returned to the buyer's bank card or via details agreed with the manager.
