1. Return Timeframe
You have the right to return goods of satisfactory quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The model shows no signs of use or damage.
- The complete package and original packaging (box, blister, fasteners) are preserved. For Diecast collectible models, the condition of the packaging is part of the product's merchantable appearance.
- Items are returned in the same condition as they were dispatched to the buyer.
3. Return Procedure
• Please contact our manager to arrange the return details.
• The manager will provide you with the current shipping details (recipient's address and contact info).
• Securely pack the model to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping Costs
• If the product is not suitable (subjective reasons): shipping services and money transfer commissions are paid by the buyer.
• In case a defect or fault is discovered (which was not previously declared): all shipping costs are covered by our store.
5. Refunds
We issue refunds within 3 business days after receiving the parcel and verifying the product's condition. Money is returned to the buyer's bank card or via the payment details agreed upon with the manager.
